Because every Kidavia storybook is custom-made specifically for your child, we have a strict but fair refund policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Our Guarantee
If your storybook was not delivered to your email, arrived corrupted, or contained a technical glitch or error, we will fix it or refund you — no hassle.
Free Edits First
If there is any error, glitch, or issue in your storybook, contact us and we will fix it free of charge before anything else. Most issues are resolved within a few hours.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- Your storybook was never delivered to your email within 24 hours of ordering
- The PDF file is corrupted, broken, or cannot be opened
- There is a clear technical glitch or error in the artwork that cannot be fixed
- The storybook contains a significant error that was our fault and cannot be corrected through edits
What We Do Not Refund
Because every storybook is created specifically for your child, we do not offer refunds for the following:
- Change of mind — if you simply decide you no longer want the product after it has been created and delivered
- Style preference — if you are unhappy with the artistic style but the storybook was delivered correctly and matches what was advertised
- General dissatisfaction — subjective unhappiness with the product where no clear error or fault exists on our part
- Poor photo quality — if the uploaded photo was blurry, dark, or did not clearly show your child's face, making accurate character creation difficult
- Requests after 7 days — refund requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
How to Request a Refund
Fill out our contact form with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
