At Kidavia, your family's privacy is something we take seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do with your child's photo.
When you place an order with us, we collect the following:
We understand how sensitive this is. Your child's photo is used solely for the purpose of creating your personalised storybook. It is not shared with any third parties, not used for advertising, and not stored beyond the period needed to complete your order.
Your child's photo is permanently deleted from our systems within 24 hours of your storybook being delivered.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
Our website uses a single cookie to store your countdown timer session. This cookie does not track you across other websites and contains no personal information.
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To do so, email us at kidavia6@gmail.com and we will action your request within 48 hours.
